Made-to-Order Production
As we operate on a made-to-order basis, please allow time for manufacturing before your order is shipped. Lead times vary depending on the product and order volume.
Production & Processing Times

Custom orders or large quantities may take longer; we will communicate estimated timelines upon order confirmation.
Delivery

We offer free delivery to most of the UK - excluding Northern Ireland, northern Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and The Channel Islands. Any additional delivery costs that will be clearly displayed on your quotation.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the size of your order. Once we receive your order, you will receive tracking information.

Estimated delivery time: items will be dispatched with 2-day delivery via courier after manufacture.

Deliveries are made during standard business hours (Monday – Friday). We advise at least 2 people must be available to receive the order from the courier and inspect it upon delivery.
Delivery Costs

We delivery to all the UK. There is an additional charge for areas outside the standard postcode areas, including Northern Ireland, northern Scotland Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and The Channel Islands.

Delivery outside of the standard areas will be added as an additional cost, this will be clearly displayed on your quotation.
Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please inspect your order for any damage before signing for it. If you notice any damage, document it with photos and report it to us within 2 workings days. (working days Monday – Friday).

If any parts are missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Delays & Unexpected Circumstances
While we strive to meet all estimated production and shipping timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or courier delays may impact delivery times. We will keep you informed if there are any significant changes to your expected delivery date.
Returns & Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Order cancellations are only possible through declining the online quotation. Once the order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled without incurring a fee.
