  • Is delivery free on all products?
    We offer free delivery to most of the UK - excluding Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and The Channel Islands. Any additional delivery costs will be clearly displayed on your quotation.
  • What is the ordering process?
    Once you complete the checkout process, you will not be required to make a payment. Instead, your order will be reviewed by our sales team, who will then contact you with a detailed quotation, including a full price breakdown. At that stage, you will have the flexibility to make any necessary adjustments to your quotation, decline, or proceed with the purchase by accepting the final quote.
  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    As we operate on a built-to-order basis, lead times will apply. However, a member of our team will be in touch to keep you updated with dates and times.
  • How will my products arrive?
    Everything in the shop will arrive fully assembled and ready to be played with. We do advise that at least 2 people are required to recieve the delivery from the courier.
  • What is your returns and refunds policy?
    If your product arrives damaged or deemed to be faulty, then please contact us on 0800 9755 648 and a member of our team will be able to help
  • What is the guarantee on the products?
    Guarantees will vary depending on materials used.
